巨野河大桥桥跨结构简支转连续施工质量控制

济高高速巨野河大桥位于一标段济南市历城区城子村北侧约600米处,为跨越巨野河而设置,中心桩号K1+941.0,跨径布置为8×35米装配式预应力混凝土小箱梁。桥长287.0米,按右夹角85度布置,上部桥跨为简支转连续结构。

一、先简支后连续施工工艺流程

1.预制主梁,待混凝士强度达到设计强度的100%后,张拉正弯矩区预应力钢束,压浆并及时清理主梁(预应力混凝土简支转连续箱梁)底板通气孔。放置台座,等待架梁。

2.设置临时支座并安装好永久支座,采用架桥机逐孔安装主梁,置于临时支座上为简支状态,及时连接箱梁钢筋与横梁钢筋。

3.连接接头段钢筋,设置接头钢束波纹管并穿束。在日温最低时浇筑连续、接头、中横梁及湿接缝混凝土。达到设计强度的100%时,张拉顶板钢束并压浆。

4.接头完成后,由跨中向支点浇筑剩余部分的桥面整体化混凝土,浇筑完成后,拆除临时支座,完成体系转换。拆除临时支座时应特别注意严防高温影响橡胶支座质量。

5.喷洒防水层、安装伸缩装置、进行桥面系施工。

二、先简支后连续施工质量控制

1.临时支座的设置的质量控制。临时支座应有足够的强度和刚度,拆装方便,落梁均匀。预应力张拉完成后,待压浆强度大于35MPa时方可拆除临时支座。拆除临时支座应做到逐孔对称、同步、平稳。临时支座拆除后,永久支座与墩顶和梁底严密贴合。

2.临时支座的设置方法,本桥采用可卸落砂箱支座。砂箱支座设置,要充分考虑砂箱承受箱梁梁体自重和架桥机重量后的沉降量,梁底与永久支座间应留有空隙。在施工中会出现每个砂箱沉落量不会完全一样的情况,而导致部分梁体悬空,产生质量隐患,解决办法是:通过预压试验取得砂箱在受力以后的平均沉降量,并以此指导现场安装临时支座,控制箱梁的安装标高与设计标高一致。

3.张拉预制底座的设置要求,张拉预制底座应坚固、无沉陷,利于排水,防止由于排水不畅造成地基下沉。底座的反拱度值应参照设计文件所提供的反拱度值、结合实际施工和生产性试制梁的张拉情况确定。反拱度应做成抛物线。另外要保证桥梁安装精度要严格控制,误差不超过2mm。

4.后连续现浇段施工质量控制。新老混凝土的连接结合是现浇连续段混凝土存在的主要问题,为此预制梁板的端头必须严格进行凿毛处理。为了防止现浇连续段混凝土在养生硬化过程中发生收缩性裂缝影响混凝土在二次张拉过程中的承载力和桥梁的整体受力性能,现浇连续段接头混凝士添加微膨胀剂,掺加剂量一般控制在水泥用量的0.5% ~ 1%之间。先简支后连续每联各现浇连续接头的浇筑气温应基本相同,温差控制在5°C以内,并尽量安排在一天气温最低时施工。

5.负弯矩二次张拉。负弯矩二次张拉是对梁板顶面的预应力钢束进行张拉,这是先简支后连续桥梁同简支梁桥的本质区别。预应力钢束采用高强度低松弛钢绞线,钢束张拉采用两面同时张拉,张拉顺序从外侧向内侧,每次张拉一根钢绞线,直到张拉结束。压浆工作在张拉结束后及时进行。

6.主梁现浇接头与湿接缝施工的质量控制。接头混凝士浇筑顺序应严格按设计文件要求执行,从主梁预制到浇筑完横向湿接缝的时间不宜超过3个月。湿接缝混凝土浇筑可采用吊模施工,模板应有足够的刚度和强度。模板安装牢固后,冲洗已经凿毛处理的混凝土表面,在浇筑混凝土前对施工缝应刷一层水泥净浆。混凝土浇筑和振捣与预制主梁顶板浇筑同样要求,宜采用平板振捣器与插入棒配合的方式,并保证设计厚度。湿接缝浇筑时宜在气温较低条件,并作好养护,防止裂缝。现浇接头段混凝士可采用微膨胀水泥。

三、结语

先简支后连续结构形式相对于传统意义上的连续梁而言,降低了施工难度,同时在一定程度上达到了结构连续的目的,提高了结构的承载能力,减少了梁部的伸缩缝,并控制桥面横向裂缝的产生。随着施工方法在不断地提高与完善,使得越来越多的桥梁设计采用了此种桥型。因此,在施工中应该加强质量的控制,明确注意事项,认真总结经验,及时吸取教训,逐步提高和控制好结构连续施工质量,使济高高速桥梁建设达到一个新的台阶。
